On this portal, the Company does not collect Sensitive Personal Data from users. However, should such a situation arise, the express written consent of the data owner will be obtained prior to processing, through an autograph signature, electronic signature, or any other authentication mechanism recognized by the Law.

This Privacy Notice complies with the requirements set forth by the Law (Articles 15 and 16) and its applicable Regulations.
